Though we have a menu with certain choices, we would be happy to create a special menu with you that will accommodate your needs and desires.

Our chef is Richard Powers. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. He has been involved in the food service industry in area establishments for the past 20 years. Rich’s forte is Ice Sculptures. He makes a variety of beautiful Sculptures and will work with you to ensure that you choose the right one for your event. Please ask to see his portfolio if you are interested.

Our event coordinator is Lisa Powers. She has worked in customer service for the past 15 years. She has 10 years of experience in the food service industry. Lisa will work with you to make sure your event turns out to be unique and memorable.

Rich and Lisa have worked as a team for 15 years. Together with you, they will plan all the details of your event and will be available to help you with your every need right up to the day of your event. On your special day, Rich and Lisa will be there to make sure your experience with That’s Amore’ Catering and the ITAM Lodge is just as you had envisioned it would be.
